Tried out my juicer for the second time today. Last night’s adventure was 

1 Apple

Hand full of baby Carrots

3 slices of Pineapple

Tbsp Ginger

It turned out really great by the way. Will have try that again. So  today I brought the cutting board back out to try some greens and roots.

For breakfast I made Greens which I totally loved! This will be my go to for breakfast

2 Lg Leaf Kale

Hand full of Spinach

1 Apple

1 Lemon

1 stalk Celery

Hand full of Parsley

1/2 Cucumber

Hand full of Romaine lettuce 

The Roots Juice was ok. Maybe a little bitter for my taste to start with so I added a banana and some pineapple to sweeten it up a bit.

Handful of Carrots

1 LG Beet

1/2 Cucumber

Handful of Romaine

Handful of Parsley

1 Stalk of Celery

1 Banana 

3 slices of Pineapple

Handful of Spinach

I’m still trying to figure out what to do with the Juiced mash. The Ginger mix mash is pretty tasty…the other not so much.
